Youth Workshop: Introduction to DJing with DJ BLKFT of Drum Beat Productions
Learn about the fundamentals of DJing from Richard Sparvier aka DJ BLKFT of Drum Beat Productions, and host of CJSW 90.9FM’s awardwinning Electronic and Hip-Hop music program Bannock ‘n’ Jams. Participants will be introduced to the hardware that DJs use, and learn about the basics of mixing, including tempo, beats per minute (BPM) and beat-matching.
No experience is necessary.
All materials and equipment will be provided
