Synthetic Seasons: Exhibition Tour

This exhibition tour will focus on the research Mia Feuer uses to develop her work. The depth of this research runs through several specific and damaged landscapes: the abandoned Soviet coal mining town of Pyramiden; the Arctic coast; reclamation sites in the Athabasca oil sands; and, most recently, the southernmost bayous of Louisiana with the Pointe-au-Chien Indian Tribal Community.
